Medical Aesthetics Directorship

As a nurse practitioner Olenka is often contacted by new nurse injectors for training, guidance and to provide medical direction and clinical oversight. Working with Olenka means continuous support and training as you grow and establish your own aesthetics practice.

Many new injectors feel that even after completing an introductory course in neuromodulators (Botox®) and fillers (Juvederm®) they are underprepared to inject on their own.

As your medical director Olenka provides patient safety by ensuring injectors feel confident and are competent to handle all kinds of patients and clinical situations. Injectors are trained and provided with high level directives, emergency protocol kits and support by Olenka. Opportunities to shadow her in her own clinic along with in person training and mentoring in your own space are provided. Accessibility is also key and Olenka is always available in real time for questions and guidance.

Working with Olenka also increases your product purchasing power for volume discounts on neuromodulators and fillers, enhancing profit margins and passing savings on to patients.

Fees

Part Time Injectors: $1,200.00 CDN/month
Full Time Injectors: $2,000.00 CDN/month

A flat monthly fee based model allows injectors the freedom to set their own service prices and easily budget in medical directorship. Olenka does not believe in any ‘per service percentage’ or ‘revenue cut’.
